[He's let himself get too soft. Complacent, even. He had let himself be caught off guard and let himself get defeated by an opponent that he had defeated before. Several times.

He knew he had hoped for some friends to come from his world, but he had never really expected it...and to see Kyosuke, of all people, come, with his alternate persona Kalin out of control yet again...it hurt. It hurt a lot.

But this pair were from when Ccapac Apu was still with them. Compared to the weapons and experience he had on his side-Noise even prying into his memory to pull out enemy forms for him to use in battle and replicate their best attacks...he shouldn't have lost. He should have been able to help Kyosuke again. If he couldn't remain strong enough to protect a single nakama, he wouldn't be able to defeat Jose and that Crimson Dragon he made out of himself back home...he wouldn't be able to protect those dear to him.

So he and Stardust are training. If someone in the Satellite sees a sudden flash of white light as he briefly reappears, landing on a rooftop or something of the sort with his armor glinting briefly in the sunlight before he disappears into the Wave World again, feel free to call out.
