[Having recently made some new friends, extremely welcoming ones at that, Crow has picked up some new threads and is now sporting them with extreme glee. The Light was amazing. The Light would give him whatever he needed. The Light was his family. Nothing would ever go wrong again! He's currently in a very good mood and strolling about the docks where he first (somewhat) spoke to Ruby.]

[Yuusuke freezes when he sees Val, the white and the disgust that washes over him telling him exactly what Val is aligned with. He knows he should go, should keep away from the Light's servant, but (it wasn't a command) instead he edges forward, curved dagger in hand and a mad grin on his face.]

[And he dives deep, ignoring the murk, then flips himself, swimming up for the surface and leaping back to the dock, gripping the edge and throwing himself up onto it, getting to his feet.]
