[There is a  little fox shivering under a palm tree. It appears to be extremely frightened, and is whimpering pitifully. Beside it is a staff that lately belonged to Mana.]

[If you venture close enough, the fox will probably leap up and start yipping at you, as if demanding an explanation.]

[Have a Kiryu coming from the Satellite to the beach. He is still not quite whether this is really a nexus point as he has been told or not just kind of very strange dream/nightmare he has come up with. The sudden appearance of a beach that should not be there is not helping (though he has been told about it). For him everything just feels surreal, especially after the encounter with his Yusei. He sits down and leans against one of the palm trees, burying his head in his hands while gladly ignoring the rest of the world.]

[Fox!Mana approaches Kiryu, her nose quivering and ears pricked. She sits beside him with her new bushy tail wrapped neatly around her paws and whines a bit]

[Though Kiryu is absorbed into his own worries, the noise eventually reaches him. And it irritates him. Frowning he looks around until he sees Fox!Mana, whom he pinns with a nasty glare.]

Stop the whining.

[She stops abruptly, but looks at Kiryu's face imploringly as if to say "Help me!"]

[Kiryu doesn't speak fox and he is not in the mood to interpret any expresions. However he is not totally immune to 'the cute' and that Mana stopped whining when he had told her to, is a huge plus point in his books. Which is why he sighs and reaches over to scratch her behind the ears.]

[Mana liiiiiiiikes scratchings, but is still eager to get help, so is still staring at him]

[Kiryu has no idea what Mana wants from him. However getting stared at like this, is getting unnerving, especially from a fox.]

[Mana nods and wags her tail]

[Kiryu blinks stunned, he hadn't expected the fox to actually understand the question. But after a moment he shakes his head, he had been told that this was supposed to be some kind of strange nexus that did whatever it wanted. The fox could understand what he said, it had listen to his order request to shut up and had sorta answered his question. So this was either a very, very smart fox or…]

[Mana lets out an excited bark and stands on her back legs, placing her paws on his Kiryu's arm]

[Kiryu frowns, this is all rather strange to him.]

So you are human, or at least… supposed to be?

[Mana nods, her tail wagging excitedly]

[He raises an eyebrow, almost amused.]

How the fuck did you end up like this?

[She looks out towards the ocean, then back at him]

[Kiryu follows that glance, but all he sees is the sea. Nothing to be feared, right? So he gets up, straightening a bit.]

Something over there?

[Mana runs out closer to the ocean and looks back at him again]

[Kiryu slowly follows, though he sneak his first actual look at their surroundings, remembering what Cr- Ben had told him.]

So there really IS a beach…

[Which meant that it wasn't the real Satellite. There was no beach at Satellite, especially not such a clean one. Either way, he comes to stop just before the ocean, looking down to Mana questioningly.]

So, what am I supposed to do here?

[She places a forepaw just above the water, though seems afraid to put it in.]

[Kiryu frowns, he has no idea what could be frightening about some water. He takes a few steps in, his boots keep him from getting wet for now, then he crouches down, letting the water run through his fingers. Then he turns back to Mana.]

What is this about? It's just wat-

[He is interrupted when a larger wave hits him in the back and a sudden strange feeling overcomes him. Like shrinking? Mana should only see his cloths floating slightly on the shallow water now and perhaps she hears an almost whimpering sound coming from there.]

[Her ears prick forward and she backs away from the water a few paces, watching the spot where Kiryu vanished warily]

[The cloths shake and the head of a pale-blue-furred kitten emerges. However since he ha problems to coordinate his new built, Kitten-Kiryu is still kind of entangled with his shirt. Help would be appreciated.]

[Mana approaches the kitten cautiously and takes the shirt in her teeth to try and pull it off]

[Success! Kiryu has managed to free his limbs with Manas help. He sends his shirt a dirty glare and tries to get onto the beach as quickly as possible.]

[When Kiryu reaches the beach, Mana will approach him cautiously and prod him with a forepaw]

[The moment he reaches somewhat dry ground he shakes himself, trying to get the water out of his fur. When he is prodded by Mana, he turns and glares at her. Because clearly, this is all her fault!]

[She shrinks back; even though foxes are normally lager than kittens, she still feels threatened]

[He keeps glaring for a second; this is all he can do at the moment anyway. Then he looks back to his floating clothpile, quite unsure on what to do. On one hand, he really doesn't want to get wet again., however leaving his cloths to be washed away wasn't an option either…]

[She follows his gaze, then paddles out and grips the clothes in her teeth before returning them to shore and placing them at Kiryu's paws and also shaking water all over him]

[Usually Kiryu would have glared at her for getting him even wetter, but he is far to stunned about her display of helpfulness. He looks up to frown for a second (as far as a kitten can frown anyway) then he tilts his head a bit and nods in a somewhat thankful way,]

[She wags her tail in response and gives a foxy grin]

[Don't get him wrong, he might be thankful but that doesn't mean he isn't still angry. Or well… at least annoyed with you. But at least now the cloths issue has been solved. Next on the list is reversing this damn mess. Kiryu throws Mana a thoughtful look that might mean "Any idea how to turn ourselves back?". However, feel free to misinterpret him.]

[Mana is slightly taken aback at this; she can read Kiryu's expression as clearly as though he had spoken aloud. She looks back at him, which he may decipher as "No clue, but I sure hope there's a way!"]
