[Light is wandering the streets of Satellite, followed obediently by a Fubuki in all white. To those that know him, the security marker will identify him as Ruby. He's mostly there as a sort of bodyguard; Light isn't really paying attention to his surroundings. He's busy spreading his mind out across the island, getting a vague idea of the sort of people about, so he can decide which will make good servants. Come bother him? He won't complain about possible servants coming to him, after all.]

[Having spotted Ruby, Valentine immediately takes interest. He hurries over.]

Ruby! Hey!

[Light steps in between them, looking down on Val.] And who might you be?

[Valentine stops short.] Uh, sorry. I was talking to him. The name's Valentine. well, it's Crow, but my nickname is Valentine. Melt in your mouth sweet. You know?

[He chuckles, as if proud to have told a clever joke.]

[He glances at Ruby, then grins. It's a rather nasty-looking grin.]

You know him, then... so would you like to join him?

[He looks to Ruby.] Dude, have you talked to Christmas yet?

[He leads the pair to a random clothing store, then settles himself stood by the door.] Go on, then. Fubuki can show you the sort of things that are appropriate.

[He nods and begins to excitedly check out the store.]

[Ruby follows him, Light staying in his spot outside.]

White clothes are best. I mean, Light-sama prefers white. I... [He pauses, looking almost confused, then shakes his head.]

I'm sorry. I was with the Darkness for so long that Light-sama's glory overwhelms me sometimes.

And of course, even a brainwashed Crow wants to be cool.

Well, white is the combination of all colours. I bet it'd look awesome on me in a cut-trimmed vest and such. Can I get designer whites? Can you guys even afford that?
